At Optimal Wellness for the Body and Mind, we believe that Massage therapy is an integral part of health and wellbeing. We have a great massage therapist here in the office, Tara Thompson, LMT of Tara's Touch, LLC. She has extensive experience and a strong educational background in a wide range of modalities including, Deep tissue, Swedish, Neuromuscular, Reflexology, Cranial sacral, and Pregnancy massage. Hot and Cold therapy may also be incorporated. A combination of techniques is used to give you an individual-specific massage customized for your needs.

Stone Massage involves the application of heated and cooled stones to the body during the massage session, softening and lengthening the muscles, creating a state of deep relaxation. A row of heated stones are arranged underneath the client on the table to gently heat and relax the back, while the therapist performs the massage with stones in her hand, instantly melting and soothing the muscles. Ahhh!!! (75minutes)
